With a background in operations, marketing, and investor strategy, I’ve grown King Wren, LLC into a platform that educates entrepreneurs and partners with investors on high-return real estate opportunities.
Today, I lead our transition into multi-family acquisitions and capital partnerships, while continuing to operate and mentor through corporate leasing. Every move we make — it’s got to make sense.

The journey began with one unit and a vision to build a real estate business the right way. Using business credit and corporate leasing strategies, we learned how to turn furnished apartments into consistent income. That same approach led to expanding our model into RV rentals, creating flexibility and new revenue streams that others often overlook. What started small quickly became a tested strategy we now teach.
