Carlos built King Wren from the ground up, transforming a single rental into a scalable operation. With a background in marketing, business development, and operations, he now leads investor relations and strategic growth. His entrepreneurial foundation and client-focused mindset drive every part of the business. Ajani Jackson
Ajani leads King Wren’s property acquisitions and multifamily syndication strategy. As a licensed Florida real estate agent, he focuses on sourcing high-potential investment opportunities, performing financial analysis, and structuring deals that align with investor goals. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree at Cornell University, further expanding his knowledge in real estate, finance, and strategic development. His education, hands-on experience, and sharp focus make him a key asset in identifying and executing investment opportunities. Ajani trains with intensity, applying the same discipline in business and life.
